V.ASIA is the data controller for personal data collected through the MT Elite Brand Advisory™ application form on this website. This means we determine the purposes and means by which your personal data is processed, and we are responsible for ensuring it is handled in compliance with applicable law — including the Israeli Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981 and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We take your privacy seriously. This Policy explains clearly and honestly what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have in relation to it.
What Data We Collect
When you submit an application through the MT Elite Brand Advisory™ page, we collect the following personal data directly from you:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number (including country code)
- Application responses — your answers to the five application questions, which may include information about your business, revenue, goals, and reasons for applying
We do not collect payment information, financial account details, government identification numbers, or any special category data (such as health, ethnicity, or political opinions) through this website.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not submit this form.
How We Collect Your Data
We collect personal data directly from you when you complete and submit the application form on this website. The form is processed through Web3Forms, a third-party form processing service, which transmits your submission data securely to our designated email address.
We do not collect personal data through cookies, tracking pixels, or other passive collection methods on this page (see Section 11 for full details on cookies).
We may also receive personal data directly from you via email or WhatsApp if you contact us separately, in which case this Policy also applies to that data.
Why We Process Your Data & Legal Basis
We process your personal data for the following purposes, each supported by a specific legal basis under Israeli Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981 and, where applicable, the EU GDPR:
- To review your application and assess your suitability for the Advisory Service. Legal basis: your explicit consent, given via the consent checkbox at the time of submission (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)); and our legitimate interest in evaluating prospective clients.
- To contact you regarding your application, to arrange a consultation, and to provide information about the Advisory Service. Legal basis: consent and pre-contractual necessity (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To fulfil our contractual obligations if an engagement is confirmed between us. Legal basis: performance of a contract to which you are party (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To comply with legal obligations, including record-keeping requirements under Israeli tax and business law. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
We will not use your data for any purpose not listed above without first obtaining your explicit consent.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely for the purposes described in Section 4. Specifically, we will:
- Read and consider your application responses personally to determine whether we are a good mutual fit.
- Contact you via the email address and/or phone number you provide to discuss your application.
- If an engagement is confirmed, use your contact details and application information to deliver and manage the Advisory Service.
We do not: sell your data to third parties, share your data with marketing partners, use your data for automated profiling or decision-making, add you to any mailing list without your separate and explicit consent, or use your data for any purpose beyond what is described in this Policy.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law:
- Applicants who do not become clients: data is retained for up to six (6) months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted from our systems.
- Confirmed client engagements: data relating to the engagement is retained for seven (7) years from the end of the engagement, as required for tax and business record-keeping purposes under Israeli law.
You may request early deletion of your data at any time, subject to the exceptions noted in Section 9 and to any overriding legal obligations.
Third-Party Processors
We use the following third-party services that may process your personal data on our behalf. Each acts as a data processor, processing your data only as we instruct and only for the purpose of delivering the service described.
We do not use any additional third-party processors beyond those listed above in connection with this website and application form.
International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Israel, including through Web3Forms' infrastructure and Google's global server network. Some of these countries may not provide a level of data protection equivalent to Israeli or EU law.
Where such transfers occur, we rely on the use of services that provide appropriate safeguards — including, in the case of Google, its compliance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
By submitting the application form and providing your consent, you acknowledge this transfer and the basis on which it occurs.
Your Rights
Under Israeli Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981 and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
To exercise any of the above rights, contact us at v.asia.mainoffice@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. In some cases, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Israeli residents may also contact the Israeli Law, Information and Technology Authority (ILITA) at gov.il/ilita with any complaints regarding the processing of their personal data.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, accidental loss, disclosure, or destruction, in accordance with the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security) 5777-2017 (Israel).
These measures include: access controls limiting who can view your data, use of reputable third-party processors who maintain their own security standards, and not storing payment information on this website or in connection with this form.
However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we do our best to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by applicable law.
Cookies & Tracking
This website does not currently use analytics cookies, tracking pixels, advertising tags, or any third-party tracking scripts. No cookie consent banner is required at this time as no non-essential cookies are set.
The web hosting platform through which this page is served may set strictly necessary technical cookies (for example, to maintain a secure connection). These are outside our direct control and do not identify you personally.
If we add any analytics or advertising tracking in the future — such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel — this Policy will be updated, and an appropriate cookie consent mechanism will be put in place before any such tracking begins.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal obligations. The current version will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date clearly noted at the top.
If we make material changes that significantly affect how we use your data, we will notify active clients directly by email with reasonable notice before the changes take effect.
Continued use of our website or services after changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
